*Skills Required.*
- 6 months International Voice BPO Work Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to multitask
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team
*Job Responsibility.*
- Solving Customer Queries on call related to phone bill and network related issues
- Handles Upgrades, Upgrade Enquires, Post Upgrade, Lead Generation and Customer Service
- Customer Service resolving customers query related to phone bill and network related issues,
Retention, upselling, also includes sales & upgrades (Voice)
*Salary For Experience*
Salary max 30 to 35% hike from last drawn Salary + monthly Incentives + floor Incentives. (Up to 39k Inhand)
