Job Description
Assist US customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring efficient and professional resolution of inquiries.
Adapt to a flexible +-hour shift schedule within specified timings, maintaining consistent performance.
Resolve customer issues promptly and provide detailed product information to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Possess a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and relevant experience in customer service.
Have at least 6 months of experience in international customer service.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and provide clear, concise information.
