Overview:
Job Summary
The International Customer Service Coordinator I is responsible for processing all customer orders in the system with a high level of accuracy.This role involves issuing credit and debit requests, entering system tickets for discrepancies and interacting with the sales team as needed. The primary focus of this role is ensuring precise and timely order entry.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities
Process customer orders in the system accurately and efficiently.
Issue credit and debit requests in accordance with company policies.
Enter system tickets to address and resolve order discrepancies.
Interact with the sales team to address order-related queries and issues.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
Associates degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor's deree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years related experience in Customer Service environment/ Finance /International Operations preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsof office System, including Word, Powerpoint, Excel required
Knowledge of SAP ERP preferred
Fluency in English required. Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken desirable
Skills & Capabilities:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong customer focus.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Travel requirements:
Occassional travel may be required.
