Blended process - Voice + email & chat
Rounds of interview- HR, Amcat, Writex test, ops
Experience - HSC/Grads with 2 years of experience only in customer service (International BPO experience)
Candidates only from in and around Mumbai
Work from home ??
Shifts - 247 rotational
Week off - 2 rotational week offs
Comms level - STRICTLY Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 (no compromise on quality of comms)
Salary- Inhand- 27360
Ctc- 31682
System - will be provided by company
