Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and chat Resolving customer queries at the first point of contact Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures. Recording and updating customer information via the organization's internal systems Qualifications and Work Info : Excellent Communication Skills in English(verbal & written) Experience in International Voice will be added advantage Should be willing to work in Nightshift. No Target and No Work Pressure in Work.
