Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or senior staff when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with each customer.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Update customer records with information about inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company.
Participate in regular quality assurance and compliance checks.
