Position: International Education and Career Counselor

About Company:
Top Uni Admit is an authorised office of AMS Bridge Blue Global Pty Ltd, an Australian headquartered international education counselling and student visa company. We assist Indian students to study in their choice of course and country. For our Mohali office, we require an experienced female International education and career counselor who has expertise in International admission market with specific focus on Canada, Australia and UK.
Requirement:
1. Minimum 2 yrs of experience in International admission market as Career Counselor and Admission Specialist and 50+ end to end admissions and visa experience.
2. Complete understanding of counseling and course selection.
3. Hands on experience in Institution selection process, Application submission process and Visa Application Process.
4. Strong documentation and communication skills is critical.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Understanding a students/parents requirements on studying abroad, profiling them based on academic, financial and English language proficiency.
2. Identifying and shortlisting study and country options based on the profile.
3. Handling inbound queries and assessments on email and phone.
4. Making outbound calls to students and parents who have shown interest in our services on various social media platforms and inviting them to the office.
5. Attending training sessions on various international education products.
6. Coordinating with global institutions representatives for remaining updated on the study and destination options for students.
7. Coordinating with our head office in Australia and/or 3rd party application aggregators for application processing and maintaining a cross-communication between the student and the target institution.
8. Experience with a CRM tool is preferred.
