Job Description
We are an international inbound MNC BPO company currently hiring Customer Care Executives (CCE) for our operations across India.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle customer calls with patience and empathy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
