-Must be proficient in English in terms of Written, Non-Verbal, Oral, Visual, and Contextual communication
-Active Listening
-Must have minimum 1 year experience
-Working on tickets and resolving the issues of clients/customers
-Handle Escalation Calls and ensure the Escalation Matrix is used to resolve the ticket.
- Ensuring the ticket gets resolved on time.
-Ensuring productivity to get optimum results for client satisfaction and the organization
-Remote Support to US Based Clients
