Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting
conversion.
Understanding the customers requirements and assist them.
Managing the call through, creating empathy with the customer and building
the customers confidence.
Process emails/chats/cases.
Competency Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of computers, internet & online shopping
Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment
