Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of International Manager - A & F at Stemz Healthcare is based in Indore. The role entails overseeing and managing international financial strategies, accounting processes, and administrative operations to align with the company's global business objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, developing international client relations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring statutory compliance across different geographies, and driving operational excellence to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
CA is Must with Min 5 Years of Exp
Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Management, with strong knowledge of Consolidation ,Banking ,budgeting and forecasting
Expertise in International Business Operations and understanding of global compliance standards
Exceptional Administrative and Leadership skills to manage teams and drive efficiency
Analytical and Strategic Thinking abilities for decision-making and process improvement
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in using financial and operational software tools
Experience in the healthcare industry or a similar domain is advantageous
