Job description
Research the leads for products and services through internet tools and establish relationships with clients.
Search potential customers at international level, selling product/service and convincing them about the product advantages and usability, providing special service, demonstrate and explain the product details in understandable language.
Manage and organize the multiple export orders for international customers.
Maintain open communication with customers, allowing for more accurate profiling of potential business and increased sales.
Engage within the inbound inquiries from prospective customers via email or phone.
Maintained high outbound calling activity to qualify opportunities and follow up with leads.
Research accounts to understand the need and facilitated effective follow up.
Identify problems/objections with leads/accounts and resolved or escalated appropriately.
Proactively look for opportunities to improve the sales and lead management process.
Sought improvement to the processes to reduce customer complaints and increase customer satisfaction.
Provide the management with Sales Order reports/Shipment reports as needed.

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
