We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MICE Contracting Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry, a strong understanding of both domestic and international Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and extensive experience in hotel and MICE contracting.
• Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels and venues for MICE events.
- Collaborate with international and domestic DMCs to curate exceptional event solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to create tailored contracting strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to align contracting with overall event objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies throughout the contracting process.
• Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel and MICE contracting.
- In-depth knowledge of international and domestic DMCs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for contracting and vendor management
