About the Client:
Our client is an Irish-domiciled multinational company that provides consulting and processing services.
Job Role:
• To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
• Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
Note: Candidate Should be residing within 30 kms from Sholinganalur
Requirements
. Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.
• Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and powerpoint)
• .Freshers (2026-2021 ) passout required
• Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
• Should have all marksheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, aadhar card, pan card.
• Candidate should have fully vaccinated
Salary Offered : Freshers - 15000 CTC per month and Rs 11500 in hand

Good to have analytical, presentation & communication skill
