Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate International Patient Coordinator to join our medical tourism company.
Main Responsibilities
• Help international patients and their families in availing medical treatment/surgery at our partner hospitals.
• Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
• Provide timely coordination between patient, hospital, hotel and internal team responsible for operations.
• Communicate with international patients/families regarding appointments, care plans, financial, health and concierge resources available.
• Manage patient expectations and ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactions.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, medical tourism, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 3+ years' experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Skills and license to drive car.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for helping others.
