Job Responsibilities

Provide high-level responsiveness to senior management ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
Organise complex information strategically and compellingly, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Drive strategic priorities, ensuring transparency and accountability through clear monitoring of OKRs and KPIs.
Drive financial discipline partnering with Finance managers on monthly reviews and annual budgeting to align financials and strategic priorities.
Partner with AWM location strategy overseeing global real estate needs – tactical and strategic.
Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
Curate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
Optimise workforce planning partnering with HR, recruiting and Operations leads understanding capacity needs, key risks and supporting metrics.
Cultivate a control and governance mindset to assist with audit, regulatory, and compliance tasks; contribute to developing and implementing specific action plans as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
Proven experience in Business Management or a COO role.
Proactive mindset, self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with a high degree of independence.
Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in a banking environment with a thorough understanding of risks and controls.
Experience in generating high-quality PowerPoint documents.
Transformation skills such as Python, Alteryx, etc., a plus.
Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
