Job Description
As a part of the Projects and Business Innovation Support team, the successful candidate will be working in conjunction with our internal partners including Client Service, Advisors, Operations, Technology, Product, Business Management and Compliance. Our team executes various Programs that provide solutions to optimize business flows, bring efficiencies, enhance controls and keep our platform compliant with regulations applicable to our legal entities and branches. This is a unique opportunity to gain an in depth knowledge of all operational flows and contribute to a growing international business in a fast paced and innovative environment.
Requirements
You should have relevant project management experience in one or several of the operations area (back or middle office), ideally 6+ years in a reputable bank, fund administrator or financial institution and looking to take on a new challenge in a growing, fast paced and ever changing environment. In addition, you must demonstrate an exceptional capacity to exercise good judgment under pressure.
You Should In Addition Have The Following Attributes
• Be responsible for the planning, priortizing, management and execution of projects through a project plan and engagement of stakeholders, with regular status updates. Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
• Determine the milestones and underlying requirements to execute the project plan in conjunction with stakeholders across the various functional groups (Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Business Management, Risk). Identify critical requirements and potential gaps by understanding complex and interdependent processes.
• Plan and coordinate testing of new functionality and regression testing,
• Adaptability to learn new tasks and demonstrate a willingness to understand the details of a process.
• Strong ownership with ability to operate independently in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking are also required in driving solution, initiatives and projects. Strong team player with good communication skills, ability to work in collaboration building strong rapport with peers
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Previous experience in consulting would be a plus. Experience in Operation is highly desirable
