Job description: Sales Administrator
Company Overview:
A Y J Solicitors is a leading UK law firm, dedicated to providing exceptional immigration consultancy services. As we pursue ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Relationship Executive to join our Sales team.
This is a full-time Sales Administrator role working remotely with teams in India and the UK.
Experience: 1-2 years of full-time work experience in high-end sales.
Timing: 12:30/1:30 pm- +:30/10:30 pm IST
Working Days: Monday- Friday
Salary:
a) Base Salary: 4-6 LPA + b) Commission (based on performance)
Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilties:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience and Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.
• Conduct inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business and upsell products/services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly through telephone calls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Confident with the ability to interface and develop relationships with a variety of people
