Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced International Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the global marketplace and possess excellent communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in international markets to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and partners in various countries
• Proactively conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective marketing materials.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technology advancements.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Effective negotiator.
• Good conviction and high confidence.
• Min 1 year of sales and marketing experience in the IT services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
