Kapu Gems is one of the leading manufacturers of large-sized high-end diamonds. Kapu Gems as a brand signifies premium quality, absolute transparency, and diamonds manufactured according to the highest ethical standards, sourced from a broad range of legitimate primary suppliers.
We are looking for a Sales representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. The role involves selling certified loose diamonds to existing and new clients in the United States, Europe and India. Clients include diamond trading houses, jewelry manufacturers, and jewelry retailers. We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills who can negotiate and close deals with customers in the diamond industry. Candidates should also possess the desire, ability and willingness to take on additional new responsibilities if the role develops beyond its existing parameters.
Responsibilities:
• The role involves selling certified diamonds to existing and new clients in the United States, Europe and India.
• Experience in B2B trading and sales in the diamond industry.
• Understanding of the loose diamond market and prices.
• Diamond-related knowledge including certificates and grading, i.e. GIA, HRD, IGI, etc.
• Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Highlight issues through feedback based on customer demand to meet their needs.
• Well-organized and self-motivated. Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
• Communicates effectively, oral and written to identify and document necessary information

• Diamond-related knowledge including certificates and grading, i.e. GIA, HRD, IGI, etc.

Work Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience in related field (Diamond Knowledge Preferable)
Education Qualifications: Any Graduate
Salary Range: 2.5 – 6 LPA
