A Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers find their perfect solution and get the most out of whatever what’s available for them.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers’ needs and help and information on product features.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit the clients.
• Providing outstanding and special services to the international clients
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Developing creative sales initiatives and applying them to improve the financial gains of the organization.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers)
• Executing some management activities and upholding the list of the active and future clients
• Attending international sales meetings, seminars to boost the sales profits of the same.
• Maintaining the daily, weekly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales reports and records
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities)
• International Sales Associate develops new prospects and interacts with international customers to increase the sales of the organisation products and services.
• Min: 100 calls daily and achieve meetings with customers/client’s min: 3 a day in Zoom, Teams and through online.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Min 1 year experience and we consider freshers as well.
• Basic knowledge in IT
• Proficient in English communication skill
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.26 - ₹20,000.03 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
