Role: Telemarketing Expert
Shift Timing – 03:30 am to 12:30 pm (IST)
Job Brief:
As a telemarketing expert you will be required to generate qualified appointments for our sales team through cold calling in a fast-paced sales environment. As a telemarketer you must be friendly, persuasive, patient and cool-tempered to deal with rejections and rebuttals.
Responsibilities:
Cold call prospects using near, yellow pages or lead list to set legitimate appointments.
Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
Persuade the customer to meet our business expert for further presentation.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all day-to-day calls via CRM.
Rescheduling appointments, meetings, and calls as per the customer’s requests.
Upsells customers to larger products or higher priced services.
Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up for appointments.
Profile Prerequisites:
1 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent sales and cold calling skills.
Strong negotiation and customer control skills.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
Incentive driven and target oriented.
