Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way that builds brand awareness and revenue growth. They will work cross-functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers and increase growth.
You will do this:
• Expertise in the international process
• Hands-on experience with lead generation
• Creating campaigns for community growth
• Work on inside sales and demo
• Setting and implementing forum campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Respond to queries and maintain communication
• Understanding social media trends
You must be good at:
• Objection handling and persuasion
• Work experience in customer service or community manager
• Ability to identify and monitor KPIs for forum
• Excellent verbal (international communication will be an advantage) and writing skills
• Work on website traffic growth
