About the Internship: The international sales executive is responsible for selling international freight services, as well as providing consultation on major accounts. This role requires having a successful track record of prospecting and selling transportation and logistics services to international freight clients. Key responsibilities: 1. Prospect leads and conduct heavy cold calling to build a sales pipeline 2. Work closely with the leadership team to build out a territory growth strategy 3. Manage accounts to retain and grow the current client base 4. Work on price and service negotiation with clients 5. Develop and execute a field sales business plan 6. Work closely with operational staff to ensure customer needs are met 1. MBA (international business) candidates are preferred 2. 0-2 years of international sales experience 3. A book of business or portfolio is preferred 4. Previous import/export experience 5.
