Answering the Inbound international calls related to Flight tickets/Payments/Scheduling/PNR Creation/Baggage etc.
Ensuring International Outbound sale calls travel related flight fare by understanding Client's Package Requirements & dealing with their international destinations
Providing the Passengers with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
To Search the Flight fares and to confirm travel destinations for the Passengers
