Sales Executive role
Home-based sales role with no restrictions on territory
Selling a wide variety of Mojo Gift products to corporate businesses worldwide (small, medium, independent, large, and multinationals) at competitive pricing
Required Sales Executive competences
Being able to work independently
Strong self-discipline
Ability to analyze and chart corporate markets
Display a willingness to overcome challenges while representing Mojo Gift with passion, competence, and pride
Enthusiastic, proactive, problem-solving attitude
Team player
Drive for success - hitting and achieving individual and team sales targets

Mojo Gift offer
A performance-based COMMISSION ONLY structure with an increasing percentage
When targets are being met, the commission on total monthly sales will grow accordingly
phase 1 —> up to €35,000 - 10% commission on monthly total
phase 2 —> €35,001 to €50,000 - 12% commission
phase 3 —> €50,000 up - 13% commission
