Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an International Sales Manager in Ahmedabad. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base in international markets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and targeting potential clients, cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating sales agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Qualifications • Proven experience in international sales in the Marine and Industrial segments • Ability to find the new buyer from international market • Strong knowledge of the Marine and Industrial products and solutions • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients • Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field •Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
