Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective B2B sales strategies on an international scale. Position: International Sales Manager (B2B Sales) Location: Noida Sec-62 Job Type: WFO (Night Shift) Working Days & Timing ● 6 days (1st, 3rd Sat. & All Sun will be Off) ● 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM / 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Responsibilities: Market Expansion: • Identify and explore new international markets for educational services and solutions. • Develop and execute strategies to expand our footprint in the global education sector. Client Acquisition: • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions and organizations. • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Product Knowledge: • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in educational technology. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product and service offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients. Sales Target Achievement: • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team. Qualifications: • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the international market(UK,US) preferably in the education sector. • Strong understanding of the global education landscape and industry trends. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets. • Ready to work as an individual contributor. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in international B2B sales.
