Overall Responsible for maximizing business and meet Order booking target from assigned geographic territory/sector / customers, through timely & effective quotation follow up, customer visits.
Market development through end user registrations, upgrading and validating existing registrations, in the given territory.
Plan, coordinate, manage and close sales in assigned territories.
Development and implementation of sales growth plans across target segments, new account acquisitions and key account penetrations.
Manage sales within a defined geographic area, quarter by quarter.
Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.
Identify strategies, objectives, and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings Develop key areas and markets, cultivate new business relationships and secure orders from the new and existing client base.
Develop, analyze and present territory forecasts and action plans utilizing market analyses to achieve bookings and sales goals.
Plan, prioritize and promote sales of all products offered by the Company.
Manage, and motivate the channel partner in the assigned territory.
Skills, Abilities & Development Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team oriented with ability to cooperate and work well effectively explain, select, apply, and sell technical and
Knowledge and experience serving the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Paper & Pulp, Fertilizers industry as well as other key markets involved in the process control industries. Exposure on dealing with PMCs, EPCs, End users, Packagers, OEMs, and assigned territory.
Track record of meeting sales goals.
Strong presentation experience and ability.
Should have:
Negotiation capability
Knowledge of commercial terms, Incoterms.
Relationship building and interpersonal skills with colleagues.
Willingness to learn and understand Industrial valves to engineered solutions.
