Job Description:
1) To drive product & program initiatives in the channel in the key country markets &
manage payouts.
2) To increase the share of served & available opportunity over competitors & achieve reach (no of locations billed), and width (no of partners billed) in key existing markets.
3) To drive revenue to ramp up & profit by developing & establishing a distribution network.
4) To develop new business through strategic alliances.
5) Identify & appoint key distribution partners in new markets, partner training, local service setup & facilitation in local partner manpower recruitment.
6) Market intelligence & competition information track.
7) Establish the entire product portfolio in the key markets.
8) Build a strong brand in the targeted countries.
+) Provide training & sales tools to the partners.
10) Coordinate with other functions(marketing/service/commercial) to ensure that partner needs are taken care of well within time.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification
Graduate
Preferred/Additional Qualification
MBA (MBA - International Business)
Minimum Experience
3-8 years in international sales.
