Te āheinga: The opportunity
In this crucial frontline role, you'll provide professional and culturally aware customer service to our diverse range of students, including:
Offering pastoral care support for our International Students
Managing risks and providing solutions to situations students might encounter during their studies
Overseeing student attendance and other Code of Practice requirements

He kōrero mōu: About you
You are a positive and energetic individual with a desire to learn Te Reo Māori, Tikanga Māori, and Kaupapa Māori values. You have over 12 months of customer-facing experience and are skilled in problem-solving and working independently. You excel in cross-cultural communication, have intermediate skills in enterprise systems like PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office, and possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You'll also have experience with international student visas.
Desirable Attributes:
Tertiary qualification
Experience in international student advisory roles and tertiary education
Familiarity with databases or CRM systems
Foreign language skills
Knowledge of NZQA Code of Practice and international insurance processes
