About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on recruitment mandates from our global clients
2. Source matching candidates from various databases
3. Make optimal use of social media to find and reach out to the candidates
4. Communicate and coordinate with the candidates and clients for CV submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and timely joining
1. Those who are from Pune and neighboring cities
2. Someone with technical educational background like BE, B. Tech, BCA, MCA, etc. or MBA-HR
3. Someone with sound social media skills
