International tele caller (BPO)
Required Candidate profile
• Making outbound calls to prospective clients, and explaining products and services for generating appointments.
• Ability to develop maintain a positive working relationship with the client
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction Completion Of Tasks As Per Deadline
• Graduate in any domain.
• Language Required : Proficiency in English and Hindi only.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Experience - minimum 18 months of Domestic BPO Banking experience - Customer Support Experience.
• Salary - 15k to 50 K
Work from Office
Five Days Working
2 rotational off
Immediate joiner
Fully Vaccinated
PF+ Medical coverage
Shifts - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm any + hours Day rotational.
• Documents required :

• Offer Letter
• Relieving letter
• Previous companies Last three months Payslips
• Bank Statements for all the companies mentioned in the resume - Mandatory.
