We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven International Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients across international markets, promoting our products and services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to international clients to introduce our products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for calls and lead generation.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele-calling or sales, preferably in international markets.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other tele-calling tools.
