· Inbound Customer Support - Voice Process
· Help our clients from the US
· Answer phone calls and emails
· Solve basic issues & answer customer queries
· Provide information
· Create support tickets on the customer's behalf
Desired Candidate Profile
· 2-3 yr Exp in US Voice Process is MANDATORY
· Edu: Graduate or Under-Graduate
· Age: 23-40 yrs
· Good Written & Spoken English
· Must have a personal Laptop + Internet Connection
