Process = > JP MORGAN - Customer Service.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills
Candidate should have knowledge about soft skills training, ojt training and process training.
Candidate should be comfortable to work for night shifts.
Candidate should have experience into BPO for minimum 1-2 years.
Candidate should be comfortable to make power point presentation.
