Job description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling Customer Interactions: Manage a high volume of inbound or outbound calls, emails, or live chats in a timely and professional manner. Understand customer issues, provide accurate information, and resolve queries effectively. Route calls or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Provide guidance regarding products, services, billing, returns, or order status depending on the business domain. 2. Sales and Upselling: Reach out to potential customers to introduce or sell products and services (outbound process). Identify customer needs and promote relevant offerings. Meet or exceed monthly sales and upselling targets set by the management. 3. Technical Support: Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to software, internet, or devices. Guide customers step-by-step via call, email, or screen-sharing tools. Log incidents and follow up until complete resolution. 4. Data Entry and CRM Management: Update customer information accurately in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems after every call. Log call details, feedback, and outcomes using internal tools and databases. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data in compliance with company policy. 5. Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management: Aim for first-call resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a polite and empathetic tone during interactions, especially with upset or confused callers.
