We require excellent Voice skilled resources for our International Processes.
• 35 International quality voice resources
• Shift Timing : North America
• Onboarding dates : 13th March , 1st April 2026
The qualification and competencies required for this position will be:
• Experience – 0-3 years
• Competency – Critical Thinking , Analytical mind, Problem solving approach, Matured and Accountable
• Education – Minimum UG (10+2 passed through full time education) and above / full time diploma from accredited Education boards
• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & written)
• They should be willing to work in rotational night shifts (US) & rotational week offs.
• Candidates with an availability of 15 days or less will be preferred
• This will be a work from office model (WFO)
• Candidates need to live within our specific transport boundaries in order to avail the door-to-door pickup and drop facility provided by the employer
• We offer attractive monthly incentives slabs based on performance
Compensation Bandwidth to be offered: 25k-30k Per Month max
Interview Rounds will include:
• First Round: HR Screening through Video Conference
• Second Round: Online Aptitude and language-based assessment
• Third Round: Voice and Accent Evaluation through Video Conference
• Final Round: Business Operations Round through Video Conference
