WORK FROM OFFICE
>5 days rotational shifts
>2 Rotational Off
>Both side cabs
Voice Process
Role1-Answers questions from the US customer.
2-Communicate with the customer through Calls
3-Provide updates on the status of the order.
4-Assist the customer with any issues they have with their orders, products, or services.
5-Answer any questions about the company's policies and procedures.
