PROFILE : EQUIFAX VOICE PROCESS
INBOUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
RESPONSIBILITY : Resolving queries of the customer through calls and helping them with their problems.
ELIGIBILITY : ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS CAN APPLY
Undergraduates/Graduates are eligible.
Graduate fresher are also eligible for this.
Candidate must have at least 6 month of International voice process experience.
Excellent Communication skills are required.
SALARY : salary for freshers 20k in hand & CTC 2.80 LPA.
Salary for experienced 28k in hand & CTC 4 LPA.
You can earn huge incentives between 10 to 25k in hand
