• Handling Inbound calls (Customer Service)
• Need to handle queries related to US Customers Netflix Account.
• Designation: CSA
• Excellent English communication skills needed
• HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months Chat or Voice Experience.
• Shift Timing 247 rotational shift
• Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday
• Salary 14,000 - 23,000 In hand Incentives.
• Strict background verification for all Employment and Educations documents.
• Rounds of Interviews: HR, Ops, Berlitz (VnA), Typing-25/85.
