Job Profile: International Voice Process
Location: Noida
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Resolving the queries of the customers via calls, chats
• Follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers
• Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting issues
Requirements:
• Should have Excellent English communication with a decent accent.
• Only Graduates can apply.
• Minimum 6 months experience in International Process required.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners.
