Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our international voice process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering outstanding service, and resolving queries efficiently. Candidates with prior experience in international voice support will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
• Effectively address and resolve customer queries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Provide information about products/services and assist with billing, technical, or general inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage and resolve escalations promptly.
Skills Required:
• At least 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
• Flexibility to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (5 days a week).
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to rotational shifts.
