EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year International Voice experience
• Customer handling experience
• Inbound calls managing experience SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
• Telecom/ billing knowledge with sales acumen
• Should be comfortable with 100% voice
• Should have excellent English language skills
• COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• COMPUTER PROFICIENCY WORK SHIFTS: Rotational (work in 24/7 rotational shifts & Work From Office with 5 days working) LOCATION: Sec 127, Noida
• Cab Facility available both sided
