Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the United States regarding outstanding medical claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and update necessary information.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and denials, ensuring timely resolution and maximum reimbursement.
• Identify and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Document all interactions and update relevant information in the system accurately.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes will be an added advantage.
