Job Description
We are currently seeking freshers for the position of AR Callers (US Medical Billing) to join our client, a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company based in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. The role involves handling accounts receivable and interacting with insurance companies in the United States. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, be willing to work in night shifts, and possess a typing speed of 20 WPM.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the United States regarding outstanding medical claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and update necessary information.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and denials, ensuring timely resolution and maximum reimbursement.
• Identify and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Document all interactions and update relevant information in the system accurately.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
