Opening for International Voice Process in US Shift for BIG MNC

Process: International Voice Process in US Shift
Location- BDC10, Bangalore
Job Description:
• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
• Need Excellent in Communication skill.
• Good Knowledge in Customer Handling.
• Basic Knowledge in HR Domain.
• Candidate need to be ok with Night shift.
• Immediate joiner would get preferable.
Salary- CTC 40000 + Other. ( depends on last CTC and experience)
Shift- Only Night shift ( US Shift Timing)
5 days working days and 2 days Rotational week off.
Company provide you Both side cab facility.
Notice period: 10 days maximum.
Only Bangalore to Bangalore base candidate can apply.
Now its WFH but depend on situation need to ok with RTO policy.
Qualification- Only Graduate can apply.
Experience-
1-3 years experience in Customer Support, BPO, International Voice process, Voice process, Inbound, KPO, Outbound process, Us Process Can Apply.
Criteria: Only Immediate joiner can Apply.
It will be complete work from Office from Day one.
First dose of vaccine taken candidates onlyeligible.
