Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients
• Provide quick and effective resolutions to customer queries
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Accurately document customer interactions in the system
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
For Freshers:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent Communication Skills (C1 Level)
For Experienced Candidates:
• Graduate/Undergraduate
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process)
• Communication Skills: C1 / B2 Level (Mandatory)
Retail industry experience will be an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary up to ₹35,000 CTC per month
