Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process)
Salary: - 22 k P/M + Cab Facility + Shift Allowance (4000/-)
Education: - Any bachelor's degree + HSC with 6-month Experience
(Freshers/ Graduates/ HSC with 6 months of Experience/ B-Tech with at-least 6 months of Experience is Eligible)
Location: - Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune
Shifts: - Night Shift + 5 days working + Rotational Week-off
Knowledge and Skills Required:
1. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
Ability to concentrate – follow customer's issues without distraction to resolution
Good composition skills – ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
2. Computer Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to use a desktop computer system.
Excellent typing skills
Mandatory: People in Pune only need to Apply (Work from Office), should be comfortable with night shift.
