As a Process Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for new hires in the International Voice Process.

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer who can design and deliver engaging training content, maintain MIS related to all training batches, and ensure that trainees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in process training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
