Job Summary
The Elite Job is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic professionals to join our International Voice Process team. As part of our global support team, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• * Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
• * Maintain clear and effective communication with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• * Record and update customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.
• * Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.
• * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved cases and ensure timely resolutions.
• * Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and processes.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• * Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
• * Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• * Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• * A quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 6 months of experience in an international voice process or customer service role.
• * Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
